Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Uist Inflatables Ltd reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time, i.e. in really bad weather. (If more than a light shower or high wind speeds/gusts reaching 24mph or any other reasons in our terms and conditions we may cancel for safety reasons)

How much space will I require if I'm booking an inflatable for my garden?

At least 2ft either side of the castle and 5ft in front of the castle for the safety mats and blower.
Are the inflatables suitable for indoors and outside?

Most of our castles come with a built in shower cover, therefore our castles are suitable for indoors and outdoors. If your castle if for indoor use, please measure the ceiling height (if unsure please contact us before your event).
How do we pay?

Cash on day of delivery or Bank Transfer day of booking. Sort Code: 80-22-60 Account Number: 25155260
How long can we hire a bouncy castle for?

Usually from 2-6 hours, if you require a longer rental from 2-14 days please contact us on 07880743437.
What if I have Astro turf?

Astro turf is classed as hard standing, we will not place castles on hard standing surface, unless its indoors, this is due to strict health and safety rules.
Are you insured?

Yes we hold a 5 million public liability insurance (certificates available upon request)
What happens if I need to cancel my booking due to bad weather?

We will keep all our customers up to date on full weather reports, if winds are above 24mph we will have to cancel our bookings due to health and safety. But if you wish to cancel for any reason we offer a free cancellation as long as its 24 hours before your booking!
How long does it take to set up the bouncy castle and deflate the castle?

It only takes 15-20 minutes to set up and de-rig our equipment.
Will you supply the safety instructions and forms?

All safety instructions and contracts are supplied with all our hire equipment. We will also have to go through our checklist whilst setting up, which you'll have to sign.
